Themed Sensory Play: Each session features hands-on sensory activities based on an engaging theme, encouraging exploration, creativity, and curiosity.
Craft to Take Home: Every child participates in a hands-on craft activity they can proudly bring home.
Engaging Start: Sessions begin with a welcoming song and introductions to help children and families connect, setting a supportive and collaborative tone.
Healthy Morning Tea and FREE COFEE FOR PARENTS : Children enjoy a nutritious, safety-approved morning tea each Friday.
Story & Song Wrap-Up: Sessions conclude with a story and singing activity, reinforcing learning, imagination, and a sense of community.

About the Event
Join us for a heartfelt Mother’s Day celebration combining relaxation, connection, and play.
This special event is dedicated to one of our beautiful Sensory Atelier Mums, Bonnie, who has been part of our community for the past three years. It has been a privilege to connect with her and her children throughout this time.
With Bonnie’s permission, this event has been created to support her GOFUNDME FUNDRAISER GOAL and her family during a very challenging period.

Bonnie’s Story
Bonnie, aged 36, is a devoted mother to four young children (7, 5, 3, and 1 years old). She has recently been diagnosed with an aggressive form of triple negative breast cancer, which has spread to her lymph nodes.
Bonnie has been the primary caregiver for her children, and her husband Tim is self-employed and will be taking time away from work to support the family during her treatment.
Supporting Bonnie & Her Family
All proceeds from this event will be donated to Bonnie and her family to help ease the financial pressure during this time.

We have been attending Nikkie’s sessions since her first year in business, and we honestly don’t think we’ll ever change our Friday plans for any other activity! Now our second little one is joining the sessions too, and we couldn’t be happier.

The magic of these sessions is hard to put into words! My little girl absolutely loved the term and couldn’t get enough of all the amazing crafts she got to take home.

Nate was a little hesitant during the first session since it was his first attempt at the class, even though he has attended messy play sessions before. By the third session, he knew exactly what to do and was fully engaged. We were sad when the 5-week term ended and can’t wait for your next term!
